Istanbul Autoshow 2017 receives great attention; More than 100.000 visitors in the first 3 days

Istanbul Autoshow 2017, opened its gates to its visitors for the 16th time, this year under the theme “Take a Close Look at the Future” and received more than 100,000 visitors at the end of the first 3 days including the “Media and VIP Day”. Istanbul Autoshow 2017 will be open until 21:00 on April 30 at TÜYAP Fair and Convention Center offering automobile lovers an opportunity to take a close look at future technologies.
Much anticipated by automotive and technology lovers Istanbul Autoshow 2017 opened its doors under the theme “Take a Close Look at the Future” on Friday, April 21st. At the end of the first 3 days including the Press and VIP Day, more than 100,000 people visited the fair. Istanbul Autoshow 2017, where technology of today and the future will be exhibited, will keep its doors open until 21:00 on April 30th at TÜYAP Fair and Convention Center. Organized in cooperation of TÜYAP Fairs and Automotive Distributers Association (ODD), Istanbul Autoshow 2017 hosted Automotive Distributers Association (ODD) member automotive brands operating in Turkey as well as technology, innovation, informatics, accessories and side industries, Non Governmental Organizations and media institutions.
TÜYAP General Manager İlhan Ersözlü: Biggest automotive organization in our region brought heat to the sector.
Commenting on more than 100,000 people visiting Istanbul Autoshow 2017 as of the end of the first three days, TÜYAP Fairs General Manager İlhan Ersözlü said: “We are hosting the biggest automotive organization in our region. The theme of Istanbul Autoshow 2017 is ‘Take a Close Look at the Future’. All participating companies brought models that are compliant with the theme. We know that, technology and automotive companies will be more engaged in the future. The fact the our fair is visited by more than 100,000 people the end of the first three days after its opening, recording a fast start, is a good indicator. Throughout the first 3 days including the press and VIP day, participants of all ages visited Istanbul Autoshow 2017. This year, a total of 120 brands participated the fair. At Istanbul Autoshow 2017, we created a living space that that would offer a pleasing experience to all family members.”
TÜYAP Fairs General Manager İlhan Ersözlü highlighted the heat brought to the automotive sector by the fair and said: “We observed an increased number of orders to the participant companies and a positive effect on sales figures after the first 3 days of Istanbul Autoshow 2017. Models launched during the fair received great attention, with a high number of hot sales. The positive effect on sales figures of Istanbul Autoshow 2017 participant brands would have a positive contribution to the automotive sector.
Istanbul Autoshow 2017 welcomes visitors of all ages
In partnership with main sponsor Shell&Turcas, insurance sponsor Generali Insurance and event sponsor, Istanbul Autoshow 2017 opens its doors to welcome visitors of all ages. Istanbul Autoshow 2017 licensed products are available at “Autoshow Store” so you can purchase souvenirs that you will be using for years to come or give them away as gifts. From the special area named “Instawall” within Istanbul Autoshow 2017, you can post on social media. The children’s “Event Area” is a place where young visitors will have pleasant time allowing parents to take a rest.
Free entrance in weekdays and special entrance fees at weekends for women and for students
Istanbul Autoshow 2017, organized between April 21 and 30, 2017 at Tüyap Fair and Convention Center in Beylikdüzü is accepting visitors between 12:00-21:00 on weekdays and between 11:00-21:00 at weekends.
Istanbul Autoshow 2017 entrance fees are 10TL in the weekdays and 20 TL at weekends. For women, entrance is free in the weekdays and 10 TL at the weekends. For students, entrance is free in the weekdays and 5 TL at the weekends.
For those who are willing to come to the show using public transportation may use Metrobüs line from Söğütlüçeşme or Zincirlikuyu or take Marmaray-TÜYAP (76K) or Silivri-TÜYAP (300) buses.
